Default Replacing front struts, need to replace springs too?

Replacing the front struts in the 405 MI16 with Bilstein B6's (originals, yup, original - are gone). Should I replace the front springs also?

If so, just get the OEM replacement's from KYB or something else? Not interested in lowering - just want a good, solid spring.

Also - does anyone know what OEM part number is the right front spring for the Australian delivered 405 MI16's?

Depends on trim, ie; ABS or not and possibly lux pack.

Just keep the old springs, they will be fine.
