    Default New button for remote

Older pug remotes often get perished buttons on the key remote. I just got a 306 replacement from this WA crowd.... you can also find em on ebay. $11 for a disc of solicone but back to new. Website is polmex.com.au http://http://polmex.com.au/productG...l#PeugeotModel

There are a lot of EBay sellers marketing these, including some from China. In my experience most of the cheaper ones are a little small for the hole, so it might pay to spend a little more (like the price you quote) to get one that doesn't regularly drop down into the housing and perhaps keep the remote active thus draining the batteries

Mine from that WA mob were too small for the old 306, despite being labelled as suitable.

    Thrown in the useless drawer.

I got one via Ebay for my 406 from a site in Europe which consisted of a button plus a microswitch. The button fitted fine as did the microswitch (although I don't know what you'd do if you can't solder reasonably well).
