    Default Modern tyre equivilents

Just wondering what modern tyres poeple are using.

Car is my 1959 403 and is currently running 165 SR 15 michy's. I'm not after race car performance (it's 403 after all) just something that works and resonably priced that works on standard rims.

    Any suggestions?

The Nankangs 2CV'ers use are readily available in that size aren't they It's a shame you missed the longstone specials.

165/80/15 gives a few more choices, though still in exotic brands, like Nexen and Maxxis, or Hankook.

Someone on facebook suggested Hankook RA80 185 x 15 but my tyre dude says there NLA. He suggested Nankang 185 x 15 that are easily available and cheep as chips. Only $115
