    Default 306 Squeaky/scratchy windows

Just picked up an N5 306, which squeaky/scratchy window movements. I'm not sure if there's anything in the channels (it's almost all windows), but assuming there isn't, what's the best method to help the move freely? Talcum powder, silicon spray?

Silicon spray. I've done it to every car I've owned (Alot) and they've always been faster, smother, quieter and I've never had to replace a window regulator.

I did the silicone thing on my 306 cab windows (helped, but alignment with the rear windows was a bigger issue). I will embarrass myself as a warning - spraying silicone down the 'felt' lined channels doesn't really help and forever leaves smears on the edge of the glass...
