Default 207 150 THP Engine interchangeable parts

    Hi Guys,

Have access to a 207 GTI for parts for my GT and was wondering what was worth swapping over?

I know the 150 uses a T3 turbo and a GTI uses the T4 which I may swap

If I am buying milltek exhaust for the GTI from the UK will it fit the 150 engine? Same with intakes etc, they seem to be the same layout.

Also is it worth swapping manifolds etc?

I have found that forge motor sports do a small selection of parts for the THP175, anybody have any other suggestions?

Trying to get a nice 200HP

You might find yourself a pioneer with this project. Few will have done this; most of the race fraternity are concentrating on other engines. The law of diminishing returns comes to mind.

Probably anything to fit the Citroen DS3 with the thp150/155 engine should fit. The exhaust for the 207gti, I would be very surprised if it didn't fit.

Some thp150 engines have had trouble with pistons degrading when pushed over 200hp, others though seem to be fine at 220/230+ so obviously proceed at your own risk, as per any mods .

    Thanks guys,

My plans are for the following Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication (hoping the plumbing is the same as the GTI,

Upgraded turbo and intercooler from the GTI,

Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication This is an intake system I would like to try

Milltek Exhaust for the GTI 207

Along with a Tune and BOV upgrade.. Hoping then to see 200HP

    Sound plausible?

Why not sign up to Service Box (peugeot's spares & parts numbering website) and start cross referencing between GT & Gti for parts compatibilty?

Suggest registering and reviewing 207oc.com ... lots of info there.

Also Stelios @ etuners.gr has done a lot of work with GT/GTI 207s in terms of tuning, upgrades etc - there's quite a deal of info on his website, more if you register for the forums and he's very responsive to direct emails/requests.

Forge make some very impressive parts ... $$$ though.

    Good luck and have fun
