    Default 308 OBD Interior Panel

    Hello,

I'm trying to disassemble the interior panel underneath the OBD port on a 308. Of course, the first time I try to use the port with my bluetooth reader, I manage to drop it down; well inside the interior of the car.

Why there is a hole there; I have no idea. I've undone the torq screws and tried to pull and push around to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? Here's a picture:

Have you had any luck with this?

I have a very similar problem:

I'm trying to get the silver gear lever gate out.

It feels loose like it just clips on!

I've taken a couple of screws out but I can't see any clips etc to work on.

Mine is a 307 auto by the way!

    Thanks
    Roland

with a little more investigating and a very close look I found some clips that hold it all together.

Ease the large silver bit out from the top once the 2 torx head screws have been removed.

These are the clips that were holding in the top of the unit

Now carefully ease out the clips with a small screwdiver to get the gear lever gate out.
    (Don't drop the buttons!)
