Has it split where the pressostat fitting is brazed to the aluminium "U"?

I'd re-braze it, if this is practical. Otherwise a good quality metallic epoxy might last OK.

I presumed aluminium. You can braze with special rods.

It's looks to be copper and silver soldered during manufacture.

I'd take the condenser if off the car, clean the area up bright and shiny with steel wool and carby cleaner and flood the area with 30% silver solder to seal and reinforce the crack. An easy repair for radiator repair shop. ** must use silver solder***

Then you should secure the hose that bolts up to the broken flare. The flexing of the hose is what has broken the fitting. The working hardening around the cracked area is a give-away as to the cause.

If you find the right person, they may solder a strip of brass between the flare fitting and the tubes of the condenser. This will strengthen the whole arrangement.

Epoxy may seal it for a while but the vibration of the car/ hose will crack it again.
