Default Lost only key to '94 306 - help

Anyone able to give any hints on how to get into my 1994 306? Have no keys and need to get in so I can replace the barrels and locks. I'd prefer to not break a window...

If you can get into the boot
short the fuel flap filler lock wires together and that should activate the central locking and unlock the doors

Thanks for the tip alpine, that might come in handy one day!

Edit: When I locked the keys in the 504, I used a wooden wedge with a tea towel to prevent scratching the paint. This wedged the door open enough to use a coat hanger and unlock the door.

Also, RAC/NRMA should also be able to get into the vehicle. They use and air wedge which is a bag that you slide between the door and car body, and then inflate. Same as the wooden wedge, but a lot nicer to your car.

last night in my hunt to solve my problem i saw on youtube that their were a number of videos on how to pick a lock, some might have even been Peugeot....... but no time to watch to see how useful. Just a suggestion and it is surprising how much is on there, including how to get the ingition barrel out of a 406, that i modified to get an ignition barrel out with the key stuck in the on position!

If you don't have any keys, you don't have a transponder and the engine immobiliser will prevent you from starting the car.

I broke in and got the car towed home.

I'm buying a complete set of keys, new locks, ignition barrel and infra-red sensor from a fellow aussiefrogs member. I'll swap it all out and should be okay.

Being a 1994 N3 XT, I don't think there is any transponder etc in the key... but I may be wrong. We;ll see I suppose.

    Thanks all.

There is no transponder; it is IR-paired remote locking and that's about it (unless fitted with an immobiliser keypad).
