    Default XU9J4 cam cover gasket

    I have change the cam cover gasket twice now and I still cannot get a good seal - STILL LEAKS.

    Any tips or tricks with this?

    You could try a bit of 3bond. Peter got me on to it and it works a treat.

    Not sure what brand the blue gasket glue is but that's what was around my mi16 gasket and there were no leaks.

    You need to put sealant in each of the corners where the gasket rises over nos 1 & 5 cam carriers. As suggested, 3Bond 1211 is the bees knees of quality sealants.
