It's a Autoparis built car that won quite a few awards after it was built, put up for sale and sold the same day....

That car used top get serviced at my work - it was dubbed the batmobile. really nice car although the wheels i would have opted for something different.

I wonder what the cost on the wide body kit would be..

The cost of the kit landed ALONE was $6k. To get it fitted perfectly and painted cost another $6k. There are some splitters for the pug still sitting here at work yet to be fitted...

If you go to www.autoparis.com.au and go to the projects page there are some pics of it being built.

And people think I'm crazy. Your telliing me putting a crappy looking bodykit on a car costs $12,000 .... At the end of which you'll have something that probably just drives like a bucket of merde 'cos the wheel offset is completely wrong and you'd screwed up the suspension alignment.

Just imagine how you could get something to drive if you had $12,000 to spend on it .... You could keep it a bog standard sleeper looking thing and not look like a knob too

Imagine what I could do on a car for $12K .... It sure as hell wouldnt' be bits of plastic stuck to the body to make it heavier and slower

Wow, couldn't afford wide enough tires for the rims after spending $12k.

Ha. 205, 306 and 206 Pugs seem to attract some really undesirable attention, Shane.

Understandable ... After all it's not going to be easy driving everywhere with a paper bag over your head.... That thing is as embarrassing to drive as a faded pink Hi-undi excel slugmotic with 10" exhaust tip, boomy exhaust and 20" wheels.

If the rear wing was removed and some nicer wheels i would be fine.

form > function that is how this 206 has been setup.

    Not my cup of tea!!

If you must add a bodykit to a 206, it should look like this! WRC Style!

    Or this...

they are becoming affordable so why not become a little unique with it. 12 grand is chump change when it comes to stuff like this. I could spend 12 grand on suspension and wheels that make the car handle like a rock any day. props to the owner/builder for being different. +1 like.

Is the reason for the lack of RWC on the sale the fact that you won't get one without spending a lot of money?
