Yup, damn that Pug PCD. Look for Momo,Speedline, 1000 Miglia, OZ or Mak wheels, they have a few styles, also I think www.autoparis.com.au has some styles as well. Keep looking around visit a few websites and you should find a style, there is also the option of fitting hubs with a more common PCD, but this gets pricey.

Looked at any of the genuine Pug 17" rims ? Most Cit rims fit as well.

My best mate (and i too) has 18"'s o his 206 GTi, we have adaptors to fit the wheels onto our hubs.. just a thought but adds to the cost, when i took in overall costs, i figured i would have been better of ordering wheels, like genuine OZ wheels, and waiting, same overall cost and would have ended up with perfect fitting wheels.
My mates car can be seen under "xzibit"
in the members gallery section.

If you put 17" rims on, and you get a flat tyre, can you put on the spare 15" or 14" (whatever size it is) on your car? I have always wondered if this is ok, or would it be screwed, would you buy a 5th 17" rim as your spare? or would travelling just a small amount of KM's on a smaller tyre be ok.

I have driven on the skinny emergancy space saver tyres before (Once from Mudgee to Sydney) but they are fine cause they are still the same height as your other tyres...

using your old wheel as a spare should be ok if it's only until you get the other repaired/replaced.
they will be similar in size as the 17's use a lower profile tyre.

if you're really worried just use two standard rims for the same axle.

i have always been led to beliave that you should always run two tyres the same size on the driven axles
so in a FWD car if you get a flat front put the spare on the rear and put the other wheel on the front and vice versa for RWD cars
from what i have been told it saves wear on the diff as two different size tyres on a driven axle tends to make the diff think it's always going around a corner
ie
spinning one wheel faster than the other

re spares.

just make sure the tyres are omni-directional and roughly the same overall diameter as the normal wheels you run. They dont have to be 17" just same diameter (eg 14" with 70 series ).

Im with XQSID on the rims. Get some custom rims and that way you get to pick the light wheels that will improve the already impressive handling performance of your pug.
