Default 205GTI Bendix front caliper o-rings

Received a kit in the mail today to rebuild both front Bendix calipers on a S2 GTI but I'm not sure if it's complete. The kit came with four small o-rings included for the guide pin housings but I've read elsewhere that the kit has eight. Four for each caliper, two for each pin. Don't really want to get the calipers apart to find I'm short four o-rings as it's my daily and time to work on it is tight.

Can anyone confirm how many guide pin o-rings I need to rebuild two calipers?

    Thanks.

Yep, that's right. You need eight to do both callipers.

Thanks mate. They'll have to send me out four more, what a PITA.

Right so I received an email back from the seller and their explanation is that only four are required. The advice was to place one o-ring in the middle slot of each pin housing. Was welcome to buy another four but he was very confident I don't need them.

I just want to rebuild them to factory spec.

Bookmarked that site, they have kits for both 505 ATE and 404 calipers which are NLA usually.
Just hope the 404 ones aren't for the early 3 piston calipers, almost certain they aren't.

I am not sure what you're talking about any more. The callipers slide on two long bolts (to take in disc and pad wear). The holes in the calliper the bolts go through/slide on have four rubber bellows (two on each end of each bolt) with a rigid inner ring that fits in the calliper. This is like an O ring, and there's four of them. Other than these I do not remember any other O rings. They can not be fit in the middle.
