If you're not in a hurry, perhaps try getting one from the US on Ebay

A recent article I read suggests the key blank part number for a 404 is NE31, but I'm not sure of a particular locksmith.

I have keys for various 404s cut on is Silca NE-6, Silca NE 20 and Silca NE 25 blanks all were working. They seem to differ in shape of the key head. The NE 25 has the longest key shank and would give the most clearance from the lock.

Your locksmith should be able to order the blanks or cross reference one of the number to another brand blank.

I've never had problems having 404 keys cut.
