Default Where is OBD port (DLC) in 607 V6 located?

A friend that owns 607 v6 (ES9) phase I, has been trying to locate the OBD port (Diagnostic Link Connector) in the car to get it scanned. I helped him searched in the car and engine bay, but couldn't find it and the owners manual didn't indicate where it should be. So, please where would it be?

I also noticed that car has only 1 radiator electric fan. Is that normal? My 605 v6 has 2 fans.

It should either be in the centre console compartment near your handbrake (under a small flip cover), otherwise pull out the storage tray ahead of the gearstick and look right to the back.

Here is a great site that gives port locations, error codes, extraction methods and resetting methods for most Peugeot models.

Peugeot planet should give show you a clear photo of it's location when you start the software. You need to click the map image from memory.

Mine is in the centre console and the cd unit is in the boot. The 607 I have has only one fan for the cooling and one fan for the aircon. Tell me more about how you are finding yours please as it is hard to find info and INTELLIGENT conversation about a car which I love o much. But I must say the C6 Citroen is interesting after I trolled some vids.

Simon I haven't had time to take a look. But just as a guess the smaller might be the aircon.

Mine is a V6 Series 1 607. Not sure what "feature" model it is, but it has auto suspension, sun roof, but the windows and such dont go up auto when locked. And the boot is auto up, but not down.
