Default WTB. drivers window switch- BX16V

Wanting to buy: a driver's door electric window switch ( 5 prong block- auto up-down) that works of course. It is for a 1989 BX16V.
If you have one, please let me know a price + postage and we can arrange a deal.
    Cheers
    Ron

Still looking. It may be the module, but have had the switch apart and it is broken.
Thank you for the Mi16 tip

    Hi
The S1 Mi16 has an auto switch like this one and has a 6 pin connector on the back. I've been looking for months and have been unsuccessful in finding just one that isn't broken!!!

That looks like the window switch I want, but am sure it has 5 pins active with a blank space instead of a sixth pin

........ so yes it would plug into a 6 pin female connector.
The tiny metal contact spring which is broken in our switch does not look repairable... anyone fixed one of these?

I've fixed mine, but I had a spare to take a better condition spring from, and you're right the BX switch does have 5 pins, in a 6 pin arrangement but with one missing.

BX TZi's also have this switch (5pin).

Thank you all for advice. I think I am on to a SH one. Apparently they are the same as for the XM. Anyhow when it arrives I will confirm.

Hmm, Anthony. If the switches you bought had been tested Ok, it could be more than a switch which is the problem. You might be able to open them up and get one working using bits from the three.. especially if it is the spring contact plate which is broken like in my case.

    Hi
Could you just plug it into the drivers window socket of one of the many Mi16's you possess! According to an unnamed source you are the underworld kingpin for all things Pug 405!

Cheers mate if you could let me know either way that would be great.

I don't know if the XM switch is the same as the BX part. It may be, but I have a recollection of trying to fit one from a BX to an XM and finding the socket was different.

    Actually I can't.
I have nothing to plug it into. The series two has a completely different switch. and my series one doesn't have auto windows!
