    i know there sold but just a question, are these for use on standard springs and shocks or can they be used on aftermarket setups as well?
    The wrong oil is better than no oil at all.

    yes they should go onto your setup. The group N ones are a bit harsh IMHO thus i stay with the OE ones.
    I think EAI or Autoparis sell them for $5 EA. and they do the job superbly :}

    Group N stuff, strut tops, engine mounts particularly, make for a harsher feeling but they stop the engine and struts etc. dancing around on rough roads so ends up being a lot less harsh than otherwise in these conditions.
    For everyday use just use the standard items.
    Group N is actually a class of rally car (close to standard) Group A is for more highly modfified cars.
