Looking for a timing back plate to suit a 504/505 XN motor with the alloy sump.

This is the one with the sensing unit bolted onto the clutch plate housing?? If so I reckon I might be able to find one amongst my stuff.

I'm not sure what you mean, pugnut. I specified one for the alloy sump because I tried fitting one from a steel sump motor, only the studs that extend out through the sump are too short to go through the thicker alloy...

I'm jumping to conclusions that there is one with longer studs for the alloy sump.

Yeah. It's not what I thought you meant. Still dont know what you want, though. Do you mean the timing chain cover, or the plate that goes behind it and mates up to the block?

The Ti has an aluminium alloy chest. Nope, not much help, I have just taken one of those off.
