Default Wanted - Conn Rods !!!

    Hi Renault Froggers,

I am looking for a set of decent R18-Fuego Turbo conn rods. Anybody got a set sitting on a shelf gathering dust, or a motor sitting in the corner doing nothing, let me know your price.

Default Wondering what the difference is? Higher spec?

What is the difference between standard rods and turbo conrods, can someone eventually submit a picture or technical description.?

    Hi Ken
The turbo rods are wider and stronger in the web above the crank pin, and have normal through bolts.

The G rods have heavier web section again and drilled and tapped rod bolts, with bushes for the piston pins.

    Default Conn Rods !!

    Hi Rob,
    Have contacted you.

    Hi Ken,
If you go to Frans' thread on building a motor for Ross's Dauphine, there are pictures of the 2. I have used these rods in my motors for quite a while and they have done well, when treating a motor very hard. Standard are very good for street.
