    D brake pads

    Just got hold of some cheap brake pads for D series Citroens,
    $110.00 per set including GST, I have only two sets so if anyone

    Just had a set of front pads fitted to the D, so had a closer look at the invoice, how about $340.00 ahhhhhhh!!!!!! I guess I should think seriously about carrying a set for the next time. If you don't sell them over the next couple of weeks I'm in.

    Chris, I heard Citroen list price is around $400.00, so $340 is still cheap.
    Luckily D's don't need pads very often isn't it.

    Hi Guys,

    On the SM lists I've heard of people riveting new friction material to the brake pad backings. Appears to work well. I think the DS brakes are the same as SM, so if they really are $400 a pair, I'd re-build the originals. However at $110, why bother.
