    Default DS 19 Cylinder Head.

Wanted .....two small pedestals for the inlet rocker shaft. The other four pedestals are part of the exhust valve rocker assembly. The two I require are he ones that are near the centre of the rocker shaft . These are common to both DS and ID 19
    Cheers Gerry

Have what you need here Gerry, could you be kind enough to advise and confirm that I have the correct parts for you.
These ( the pedestals pictured below ) are located left and right of centre, between the pedestal located near the middle and at the ends which also support the exhaust side. They are the only " stand alone " pair of pedestals.

DS124-23b and DS124-78 ? Two of each or just the DS124-23b, the upper cap is the same for the end of the inlet shaft. Pretty sure that these be they.

Cleaned, checked and ready to fit.

That would be right. Shane and I have spare engines and we are happy for Gerry to raid them for parts, but Richo has the right parts, in the right condition, cleaned and ready to fit, photographed and all, within 10 minutes of Gerry's request. Shane, we might as well give up now. Jackafrica, you are a legend.

    PM sent to Gerry.
Thanks for the kind words Roger.
You know I help where I can.
I've also been helped by both you and Shane in the past. True friends with these early cars are hard to find.

This is the wonderful thing about Aussiefrogs. People no longer have to pursue their hobby in isolation. There are members to give advice and recommendations, for solace when things go wrong and of course to help out with the vital parts when needed. Just the other day a gentleman from Eltham came down and collected a 475 2CV engine and gearbox from me, gratis, and was elated to find that it had a really good crank and rod assembly for his 57 Slough model. I look forward to a ride in this when it is finished!
I guess that what goes around comes around, many thanks to you, Richo.
    Cheers Gerry
