    Wrecking 1989 405 Mi16 and 1981 604 SL

Time to make some more room around the place, so i'm getting rid of bits.

Firstly, the 1989 Peugeot 405 Mi16. Car is black, and damaged. Left hand side bounced off a cliff face and then head on into a stobie pole, engine and gearbox was punched through the firwall, damaged alot of the interior.
Basically everything that is salvageable is for sale except for the motor and motor related bits(504 Mi16 here we come!).

All parts make an offer, i'm not after much, except for the wheels. Car has grey leather interior and sunroof (luxury pack)

I've got two sets of wheels floating around the place.

4x 14" alloys, good condition, 2 with near new Yokohama A539s, 2 with about 50% tread Yokohama A509s
    - $400 the lot

4x 15" alloys (the ones everyone wants!! head_ban ) including one BRAND NEW, NEVER FITTED TO A CAR, imported from france, cost $650, with 1 brand new, 3 very good Barum Bravura tyres, plus two broken (one repairable, other could make a nice coffee table) rims
    - $1000 the lot, not negotiable

Second car....... 1981 Peugeot 604 SL
Late model, leather seats (very tired).
I'm stripping all the useful bits out of it for the 504 project, everything else is there for the taking...unsure about the motor yet, it's not running at the moment, but i might put some effort into it and put it into my (other) auto 504.

Feel free to email me or call me on 0429 334494 if you have any questions.

    Cheers,

have you stripped the motor to see if the internals are salvagable?

can you mail me a picture of the 14" wheels, are they the normal Mi16 pattern. I could be interested as a set of alloys would look good on the srdt.

Yep, internals are salvageable, i'm combining them with a motor that i have with buggered internals, making a good one out of the two, that's what's going into the 504.

Sorry Dave, boot lid and spoiler got claimed today.

Remaining items are gearbox, brakes, front struts (Alliquant aftermarket shockers), sunroof and mech, rear tail lights, rear axle and suspension, fuel tank, rear windscreen, various electrical assortments, various bits of trim and some panels.

    No reasonable offer refused.

    Cheers,
    Scotty

Cal - that bit was broken before the accident, I haven't looked at it since but i'm guessing that it probably hasn't fixed itself. A piece notorious on the 405 for breaking or at best, rattling and sqeaking.

Pugrambo - I presume you're asking about the 604 now? All the bits are there and intact, there is rust in the roof around the sunroof but the panel itself is rust free.

    Cheers,
    Scotty

    G'day,

I've cut and pasted a post from another thread - these are the things I'm after, let me know if you can help me on any, and prices. That would be much appreciated.

$250 for the sunroof sounds fine - I'd be interested in that, provided it's all working fine. So yeah, a quote for shipping would be great - the slowest and cheapest method please

While you're at it, I'd also be interested in the solenoid for the rear passenger central locking, the motor from the front passenger window, a couple of power window switches, and the reduction motor from the heating system. Oh, and a gear knob. Perhaps we could arrange a price for the lot?

    Cheers,

    JG.

hey dave could you email me at [email protected] regarding a few parts. I need a passenger side rear tail light, front and rear bumper bar and the rear skirt that runs around the back of the car under the rear bumper. Are any of these parts undamaged and how much do you want for them?
