    Default Yes Please!!

Yeah, I'd love them. Will a windscreen fit into a 505 pug across the back seat? I come to Albury every 3 or 4 weeks, so if you are still keen to get rid of it, that'd be fantastic. It'll make a nice replacement for my odyssey around Oz in my GLD.

Just drop me a message if you are still cool.

    Cheers and best regards, Steve.

I've just tried the windscreen in a 505 and it fits easily. If you like, please give me a ring on 0413025947 and let us know when you will be up this way.

Too cool Ben. I'll bring you a few crayfish for your troubles. What is the condition of the tint on the windows? How dark is it? Any photos? My next gig in NSW is in Feb, but I might make the drive in the 504 up to Canberra to visit my sister. Can you hold them for 3 weeks? Let me know if this is inconvenient and I'll try to hustle another solution. They'll certainly keep the car a bit cooler (or at least it'll look cool) when driving through the centre of oz.

Did you pull the windows out, or did you buy them with the intention of putting them into your car?

    Best regards, Steve.

Standard factory green tint of Australian-supplied glass (think Commodore, Falcon); looks good and makes a difference to the heat of the sun you feel through the glass. I am wondering if you think it is an aftermarket tint? Anyway, it actually came out of my brother's 1977 504 GL (which used to be mine) after we wrecked it. I intended to stick it in my brown 1973 504; that won't be happening now. I'll hang on to the glass for as long as you like, so read my PM to you and give us a ring.
    Hooroo.

What??? You're giving away my glass? It's a wonder you didn't try and sell it on eBay too! I'd be charging him at least a slab and then be giving the slab to me.

Lol, that's what I think! I'll try to make it worthwhile in my uni student way. There'll be crayfish at least. Can't let bub go hungry.
