    Icon5 505GTi speedo repairs?

Does anyone know someone who repairs instruments (odometer) in the Sunshine Coast area?
Or alternatively, perhaps someone has a GTi speedo/odometer (that they are sure works correctly) for sale for a reasonable price?

    Thanks

I have a similar problem in my SII.
I purchased a complete instrument pannel and replaced the origional (Thanks to this site, PS, still working fine).
This is a temp measure until I can find someone in Sydney or Canberra to fix the origional.
Any suggestions as to someone down here who can do such repairs?

There's Olympic Instruments in Gordon Sydney. Been using them for years with restoration work.
Also another in Lidcombe in the historic racing scene. Good job on the temp on the Healey.

Avoid a mobile unit on the south of Sydney wanted $180 to stick some numbers on a speedo face.

I have used the New England Instrument Co for many years. They not only have the approval for repairing aircraft instruments, but also can make up speedo cables, gear sets for instrument parts no longer available etc.

Details: 152 Bridge St Tamworth 2340
