    Default Wtd 305 bits, 4 sale 405 & 305 bits

    I've got a 305 s2 with a sprung bootlid and the bonnet has dints above the locks, so i was hoping that someone has some straight rust free replacements.

    I also have a recodonditioned XU9J2 that i no longer have a use for, a ZF4 HP14 4speed automatic that's just taking up room, and an XU5s in parts that i took out of the 305. There are also a few other assorted 305 bits and pieces lying about.

    I built up the XU9J2 to put in the 305, the head was reco'd, the internals were balanced, with new rings bearings, gaskets and head bolts. I no longer need it as i came across an Mi16 engine and drivetrain while i was looking for a manual box. The results were far more satisfactory

    Is it a BE3? A spare might be handy for my 305Mi16.
    The drivetrain came out of a crashed vehicle, and the gearbox had drained itself of oil by the time I got hold of it, I however was unaware of this and as a result the box is a bit noisy and the syncros can be cantankerous an important lesson painfully learned, i know now to always keep an eye on the gearbox oil level.

    What's a BE3?

    It came out of a 304/305, that's all I know...

    The BE3 was the 5 speed manual box fitted to the later 1.9L 405 Mi16's, i'm afraid that the 305 box won't help a great deal, sorry 'bout that.
