Default Wanted to borrow: RHF 504 strut

Anyone have one lying around they don't need for up to six weeks?

Just to give me time to change the lower control arm on the one the stepson's mate bent...

It's for a 1980 model, but earlier will fit.

Oh, yeah, I'm in Brisbane at the moment. And I'd buy it if not needed, but would have to be cheap.

    Hi Ray,
i have one sitting around. It's off my 72 504, and the shock in it is alright, but nothing special. It's out in Seville-Wandin way; i left it at my cousins place when i changed my front end to 604.
I'll give him a call and make sure he still has it.

G'day Ray. The complete one off the diesel is still laying there waiting for Janek to come and get it. Its been there about 6 weeks so another 6 wont hurt.( thats a hint Janek) . Maybe you can contact him as an intermediadery.

Actually, I want to locate one in Brisbane... thanks for the offers... it's just to give me a chance to fix the one on the car. And the car stays in Brisbane.

pity it's all the way up there as i have a spare 604 strut here that would bolt in for the meantime

a 72 one will fit but by the time you play around with brake lines it would be quicker to replace the lower arm on the current strut

I kind of have one. Give me a call, tonight if possible.

Will trade for useable front wheel bearings.

I may need it at a later stage?
