There's a wrecker up here in Wodonga that has a 604 - PM me if you want some details.

Thanks guys, but I was hoping to get one privately. Wreckers would probably want too much for one. My brother (peujohn) got one for $20.

I'll call the wreckers if I can't find one anywhere else.

I finished up sending out 604 to its grave with the rear bar still in place... simply too hard to get out! Mind you, the car was perched pretty precariously and fairly unsave to get under.

This difficulty would be the factor that makes them expensive at wreckers, though if you can find one who's already removed the rear crossmember it would be different...

I removed my 504s rear sway bar and replaced it with a 604 item. Easy. Just ran the car up on ramps, unbolted it, and manoeuvered it out. The only thing is that the 604 bar has to have a flat spot ground on it to attach the brake compensator valve.

Yes, the 504 is easy... but the 604 bar is held captive by the rear crossmember upper frames even when it is totally undone!
