Default Custom A110 rims with Gotti Centres

    SOLD.....................

I have a set of four 14" rims from my A110 as I've gone to 13's instead.
They are a 3 piece custom rim using Gotti No7 13" centres. The quality is very good.
Rim size is 14" x 6" with an offset of -33. The overall rim width....ie measured between the very outer edges is about 7". They are also quite lightweight and are ideal for tyre widths from 175 up to 205.
So basically they are a 14" version of Gotti No 7 rims and are in very good condition with no damage whatsoever.

Fitting them to Dauphines, R8's and R10's may require a little flaring of guards...but they will look VERY SEXY!

If the overall width of the rims is 6 inches, what is the measurement between the beads? If I thought these would fit inside my R10 guards, I would be interested.

Henry, sorry, the mounting bead to bead width is 6"....my initial post wording ("overall") may have been a bit confusing.
The overall width (ie between the outer edges of the rim) will be about 6.5"

Steve, with my present 5 inch rims, I have only about 4 mm (static) clearance between the guard and the tyre, so I think adding another 25 mm would be too much. The only sure way of knowing if the 6 inch rims will fit, is to actually fit them and see. Obviously I can't afford to buy (and ship) and then find they don't fit, so the deal is off (for now).

Yes John....very odd as they are really nice rims and would suit a number of applications. People appear to believe that they are too wide....but they are only 14 x 6 with a bit of offset. They fitted fine on my Alpine, but I wanted to stick with 13's, thus these ones for sale!

I agree that they are very nice wheels, but they will only fit R8 or R10 with some serious bodywork modifications.

One merit of 14" for anyone who doesn't wish to only have "track day" tyres as fitments is that in 14" one can get some very nice road tyres. (One can also get a better range of track-day tyres but . . ..)

I'm happy with my steelies but apart from surmising that the offset is too much for pleasant steering feel, I would suggest them over 13" or 15" to people as the best option.

On clearance, mine are 5.5 rears & did not quite clear but by means of simply standing back to the guard with both hands under the edge & heaving, they did. Given the geometry of the suspension a miss is as good as a mile. I wonder if more forceful distortion would suffice without resorting to flares. Ray's probably in a position to judge.

I suggest duplicating the thread in the Renault forum as there's more traffic there.

I agree, they are a good deal. If I sell the Lotus I will buy them.
