Default Renault 17 Race Rims and tyres For Sale

    Hi Folks,
After selling my car the cull of all my spares continues.
These are a set of 4 specially made rims and tyres.
Previously run on the late Graeme Edwards R17 I purchased them off him a few years back.
I believe they are R16 centres on a Ford Rim to give the right profile and off set for the R17's
I had them powder coated a couple of years back.
They run Yokohama A050 195 x 60 x 14 Tyres that still have plenty of tread. I used them on one track day, one hillclimb and one Geelong Revival. So they haven't seen an enormous amount of work.

They look awesome and perform brilliantly.

    $1400 for the set

I'm happy to package them up in clear film (Glad Wrap) and get them to the nearest courier depot. Freight is at your cost though.
Message me with your email if you are serious and want to see all the photos.

    Cheers...Paul

Can really recommend wider wheels to anyone still putting up with 145mm rubber on their 12/15/17

Trans formative is what I'd offer the feeling is.

What is the width of the rim, 5.5" ?

    The R12/15/17 are 13 inch aren't they?
    All the 12's and 17 I had are/were all 13"

    Hi Guys,
Hard to measure with the tyres on but I believe they are 5.5" wide
Yes they are custom made 14" rims.

I use to fit 14" off a 16 on mine. It raised the ground clearance and the gear ratio. My standard 12 would do 100 mph with 14" wheels.

Paul I wouldn't mine checking them on the R8. If the offset works and they were repainted grey I could be interested.

You're welcome to do a test fitting. I'm just not allowed to lift anything too heavy at the moment.
I might be able to get Geoff to drop one over to your joint?

Told you to stop doing that or you'll give yourself an injury
