Default huge amount of citroen spare parts for sale

Hi all, Can someone put me onto a workshop/wrecker of Citreon's in Victoria that might buy a bulk lot of parts?

I have a bunch of new old stock genuine parts that I want to sell. Most of it is from the 90s/2000s for various models (C5,, Xsara etc). There are starter motors, filters, guards, radiators etc. I will try find the list of what stock is exactly in the lot. There is 13 x A4 pages of stock totaling $70,000 (cost price) The dearest item in the lot is a Xantia ECU XU10J2TE at $873.27 cost price.

Facebook link doesn't work for me even though I have a facebook account.

You don't have a hydraulic Xantia CT/Activa clutch master/slave/tube system in there do you?

    Cheers, Ken

Facebook is if no help to me also. Ask if you can post a list of at least part numbers and descriptions, even without the 'value' and it may help realise some value.

If it's like most piles of leftover parts it will include dead stock, parts ordered in error, parts with no application in our market or a lifetime supply of one side only bulking up the 'value'. I'd hazard a guess that as a job lot it will have little commercial value to the sort of people being asked to see value in the $70K cost total. They are typically going to buy as needed for jobs and may struggle to get to a few cents in the dollar if that Xantia ECU is typical of how slow moving the higher value items will be.

Thanks for those pages, which are 1-7 and 12+13. 8-11 missing.

There are a few gems in there that I could see - a few bits of NFP XM quarter glass and fitted weather strips for Xantia/Xsara etc. - but the values shown are not a great guide. Some portion of the list must have been written down while others remain quite expensive at likely cost versus current value. For example, seal 257813 near the bottom of page 4 is for any AL4 valve body to the gearbox case, but is a $5 part over the counter at a dealer vs $36 per item in the list. Conversely, an 'Activa' badge at $6 would not reflect the current cost if it was still on offer from Citroen.

Some of the higher value part numbers I checked do not appear in the factory listings - eg on page 13 ... C5 body kit 940047 at $821 is unknown. A rear bumper 7410C7 is unknown and there are 3 of them at $440 each.

Item OUT104146T is possibly the adapter kit (fittings, gauges, pipes) to convert the standard sphere testing pump 4135T into a hydraulic testing rig, but it's not showing in the tool catalogue. It could be of interest to a few people. There are 4 of them listed at $480 each, which may be hard to justify unless you really want a factory tool kit pressure gauge and a few odds and ends.

Again on page 13, 2 x rear bumper 7410E8 at $403 each for XM1&II, but it is apparently the two-colour / part-painted type, so maybe not so useful and certainly only to a handful of people In Australia, none of them commercial. They could even be oddball items with no cars to suit out here. The catalyst 1705JA near the top is for a Xsara EW10, but at $700 almost eclipses the value of many of the cars.

Page 7 may interest the BX owners - 2 x front struts and some gasket sets 0197H7. Also on page 7 note the spheres 7 x 527248 at $220 each are 30bar grey non-hydractive rear for late Xantia and 4 x 4048F8 at $401 each, which are RHD-only XM1 (but apparently not XM2) steering pinions. So, the list includes some very slow movers with a decreasing pool of cars to use them.

p.s. There's a GS fan in there on page 6 too. A few other 755 prefix parts that are likely GS too.

just to be clear...the seller will not split or sell bits and pieces...he is only interested in selling as a job lot..the listed prices are only a guide to retail value not what he expects from selling everything...please contact the seller directly via FB...you should be able to search for his name on FB or contact via CCCV FB page
    cheers

OK, I didn't appreciate it was a job lot only from what you'd posted.

Too much bulky dead stock to make a few useful items worthwhile for anyone I can think of. You could even have a go and offer individual items via eBay or here. It could be profitable.
