    Default 607 engine mounting bracket

    Seeking a engine bracket off a 607. Part no. 1816 19.

    Right hand side , located in Melbourne. Any advice would be appreciated as have contacted Peugeot and they state the parts unavailable

    Early 607 mount should be pretty easy to find, I've seen a few being wrecked. Just so you know, the later model 607 had a different mount.

    Can I ask why you need the whole mount? They don't exactly wear out.

    Looks like the intermediate driveshaft bearing failed and damaged the casting. Without that damage, the bush of course could be replaced instead of buying the whole housing. Since they sell it with the bush pressed in, if that's somehow different for the 607, then the part number may be unique to it although the casting could be common to some other model using the same engine.

    Definitely beyond salvaging. But looks like Brett may have one which is awesome news. Thanks to all for advice and suggestions. Much appreciated

    Picknpayless in Sydney (Blacktown) currently show a 607 petrol V6 in their yard should anyone be chasing parts.
    Wrecking Peugeot 01-08
    Obviously, many parts are common to other models.
