    Looking for 30 mm front cylinders x 2
    20 mm rear cylinders x 2
    require hoses too.

    A good trade brake shop will make you new hoses and fit stainless steel sleeves to your existing cylinders.

    This is likely to be the most cost effective option.

    You should be paying $50-$70 per cylinder for the lining and $45-$65 per hose for standard neoprene.

    At least the lower end prices is what I pay at trade price.

    When I did mine I found there were so many different types on overseas sites it was easier, quicker and worked out cheaper to get mine done locally as robmac suggests. ABS in Airport West did mine.
