    Default Caravelle door latch WTD

Does anyone have a passenger side door mechanism to sell? Mine seems to stick and cannot be pushed in far enough to make it work freely, the alignment is good, this was what I thought was the problem for a while, but seems not. Any advice happily accepted. Melc

You should of got a Floride.
The latch on the car or the mechanism on the door?
I still have that Floride parts car for your door mechanism but its usually the latch that's the prob and I've claimed those.

Tony mine is the same. I used some emery then cleaned it very thoroughly. Tried silicon but it didn't help. Vaseline was better. Then readjusted the screw so as it opened the door sooner. In other words don't have to push it in as far. Not perfect but seems ok at the moment.

Rob, I've just sent up the left door one but the right one is yours for free if you want it, though if you still have that Floride (rusty parts car in my eyes) you probably have access to parts.
