    Hey froggers.

This is a long shot, but does anyone have a Genuine LHS headlight cover?

And is this stereo cassette/radio worth anything to anyone?

Original stereos are going to end up like rocking horse shit and in a few years people will be clamouring for them. Besides CD's are dead and tape to ipod adapters cost bugger all. Only problem is seeing that one makes me paranoid that my eurovox head unit isn't original. What year model is yours pug-life? Mine's a 93, did they come with Eurovox head units in 93 anyone?

The Cassette tape to 3.5mm jack things that used to come with Sony Discmans things are infallible. They are just the same as having an auxiliary in, it's a direct line to the headers of the cassette tape which signal right to the L, G and R connections., in fact would tend to go through most of the amplifying circuits in the head unit well.

i say keep it, your one looks really rare and nice too I might add. I got a eurovox one which is going strong that I sniped off ebay, they appeared on many cars around its time, mitsubishis and holdens etc. I don't know much about the clarion version that appeared in UK 205s, someone else here might know, but I would guess that clarion would have appeared in just as many models.

My Eurovox (original '87) is still going strong and doesn't damage tapes. Even the auto reverse function works perfectly. In fact I finally found a use for the stereo tape deck I have: record off the internet and play in car! Brilliant. Best upside is I never have to update to the latest and greatest product in white. Cost zilch. Take that, ipod totting hipsters! Good stuff to have been born in the sixties.
