Default Wanted. DS rear window glass - passenger side.

I've done a stupid thing. When installing the clips which hold the window rubber along the top of the rear passenger door I didn't have the window glass deep enough into the door and so I have chipped the top edge of the glass. It has left a sharp edged section about 5cm long.

I'd like to purchase another window, preferably with the bottom frame attached and not scratched.

I'm in Melbourne, down Frankston way, so if anybody in Melbourne has one, I'm very happy to go collect from anywhere.

    Cheers,
    Dave.

Yeah I should have one here then. The bad news is it's a drive to ballarat to collect ....................

I've probably go several. I go through them tonight and make sure there not scratched.

    Dave,
Check with Garth if you are going to CCCV tech day this weekend. He's likely to have some.

Unless you're really picky about where the factory badge is (inside or outside of the glass) then a right and left glass are identical as they are flat - unlike some other cars where they are curved. I "think" the lower bar is the same but if not removing the bar and replacing with the one off the damaged glass is easy.

Vague memories here as it was 2001 when a scum bag smashed my driver's window.
