Default WTB: New accumulator sphere - Xantia

Neither Dapco Auto France nor European Auto Imports (eai) can supply one (couldn't say when, or if, they will be getting any in). Can anyone supply or direct me to a local supplier of an accumulator sphere? They are available from UK on ebay, but would rather buy from OZ.
Car is a 1997 Xantia CT turbo series 1.

That's because everyone was feeding off the one supplier who went belly up about a year ago.
Spheres are on there way from another supplier but we are still looking into accumulators.

I know of this wrecker down in airport west................. I'm sure he'd have a gassed up accumulator on a wreck somewhere he could send up in exchange for a few $$$$. They were after all used on, DS's, CX's, GS's, SM's, BX's, Xantias (as accumulators and H/A spheres), XM's (as accumulators and HA spheres).

Now that you've mentioned that. My brother still has the regassing equipment set up at his house. He's not doing them commercially anymore (says he's retired) but he might be talked into regassing some to get someone out of trouble in exchange for some and $.

Roger Parker carries what I assume is the non-genuine 62Bar item. You might also try Continental Cars.
If you end up feeling particularly desperate, I have a new IFHS spare that I don't need immediately.

It really is worth spending the money to replace the accumulators. I'm not fond of regassing especially brake accumulators as if they die, they'll fill your brakes with nitrogen.

I'd have offered to send one up to get him out of trouble. The problem is I don't think I have a single good one here. Every car that visits seems to have at least one dead accumulator (or H/A sphere) so I end up raiding the wrecks in the yard for an accumulator that'll gas up.

Thank you for background info and offers of help. Regulator is ticking every 10-15 seconds so car is drive able. I won't be using it much for next couple of weeks so will retry then. Hopefully new supply established.FYI, new accumulator spheres non genuine available from UK for $45 plus $65 postage(ebay).

So That's $110 landed? That's about the same price (maybe a little more) we were selling them for. Hopefully we find a new supplier soon.

I have a new accumulator sphere for Xantia ct available. About 3 months ago I bought 2 off ebay thinking that they were suspension spheres.
It is the long life (15yrs) non regassable type, they have 3 dimples on top which indicates this.
    PM me for more info.
    Cheers,

    John
