You will be lucky! However, all is not lost! Get a twin pipe engine pipe made all the way to the back of the gearbox instead of the 6" or so standard one and you will notice a significant improvement. I have had extractors on a 504 and their benefit is limited by trying to get around the steering column [unlike LHD models].Somewhere on here is a long thread on the ins and outs of this but in genereal, the longer engine pipe, a 2" exhaust all of the way through and a straight through sports muffler will make it sound and go better but be warned this combination is prone to droning and can sound very "barky". Put "504 engine modifications" into google and there is an archive "504/505 mods(Archive) Aussie Frogs" which will give you heaps of useful info

I have a fabricated extractor built for a 504. I will dig out on the weekend and take a photo - not sure if they are good or might suit you but will probably not suit me because the engine that the extractors were fitted to will go into a 404 (and I expect that 504 extractors will not fit!)

    Default Eggstractors

I have had extractors on my 504Ti since the late 1970's. The first thing I noticed was an improvement in the smooth increase to high RPM's. Last year I and a friend had a couple of extractors made to suit 404's. This cost us $250 each. If you can get more people together you should be able to reduce that price.
