Default WTB: 205 driving/fog light blank covers

    Hi all,

I am trying to find a pair of covers as I need to delete the driving/fog lights from the front valance.
Does anyone have a pair or know where they are available?
I have seen some brake duct pieces but not sure they are what I'm after (especially at 96 quid plus shipping!).

    Cheers

Sorry Peter, I've got driving lights installed but need to delete them for rego due to having too many forward facing lights.
I'm after something like these which I believe came standard on some models: http://www.ecosse-peugeot.co.uk/show_product.asp?id=320.
Got anything like this that I can use to fill the void where the fog lights are but won't be for long?

    Cheers

It might be easier (& a lot cheaper) to make your own & paint them in your body colour. I made some out of a spare 405 centre console with an alloy bracket behind to mount them on.

    They look great Jeff!
I might have to give it a crack.
Have you got a photo of the brackets you made or could you give me a bit of a description?

    Cheers mate

I found one of the prototype brackets I made. It screwed or bolted in from the behind to both sides of the foglight recess then a couple of self tappers through the covers into the bracket. Pretty low tech as you can see!

    Hi Jo

I've got the regular 205 headlights, the standard Siem fog/driving lights and four aftermarket driving lights (two spot, two spread) for a total of eight forward facing lights.
I went to get my car inspected for club registration in Victoria and was advised that I can have a maximum of six forward facing lights.
I can either remove two or I can get amber or yellow lenses for the fog lights but I need to have them on a separate circuit to the high beams.
So, I thought I might just remove them and put something in their place like what Jeff has done above.

    Cheers

    Jez
