so we're not going to see the C2, and where going to see a C4 instead ??

hmm... maybe they can pair Loeb, and Gronholm in the same team and dominate for another 10 years. On that note, where is Gronholm going next year ?? he's seriously not gonna drive a ford is he

He sure is going to Ford - Maybe he can take the focus from a reliable points machine back to a rally winner. At least they have a propper focus over in the WRC unlike what they keep attempting to run here.
Murray : And there are flames coming from the back of Prost's car as he enters the swimming pool!
James Hunt: Well that should put them out then!

It would be a bit hard for Peugeot to keep using the 307cc, and what would they use instead ?? They've used the 206, and the 307, the 207, and 308 (sounds like a shotgun, i'm not sure peugeot will end up using 308) is a little ways off yet. Maybe when these come out

RQLD is the only ARC round I haven't spectator or officiated at (even done Tasmania) ... but you can't compare WRC with ARC cars (or the event itself) ... they are not in the same deck, not even in the same game !

I wasn't comparing the cars, I was comparing the "track" (if you want to call it that) I quite enjoy the rally queensland setup much more then most of the other ARC venues

...and many other pictures of the C2(s) that Citroen have entered in the J-WRC championship this year. Not to mention the fact that Dani Sordo won the J-WRC this year in a C2.

Another flawless win for Loeb. Duval and Gronholm took a bite out of the but both continued, Gronholm eventually retiring with an engine problem overheating.

Galli was up to 4th before he crashed after crossing the finish line. A great last day with a close battle between Pons and Hirvonen, the latter just edging ahead for his first podium and stopping a Citroen whitewash 1-2-3.

The way I read this is that if the new Super 2000 regs come in then Peugeot and Citroen could be back in the WRC!!!
