Default Peugeot 306 Autocross videos :)

    Hi All.

I thought it would be good to share on here the recent videos from various Autocross events in WA.

I purchased a 1998 Peugeot 306 Xsi, unregistered for a too good to be true deal of $200 - the previous owner had stripped the interior, otherwise stock, and he had been doing a few track days. I wanted to get back into gravel autocross. Some of the best value motorsport you can do.

Excuse the bumpy camera, I need to get a better mounting system.

The last event was very good fun, the youtube description mentions it - but 5th fastest time on the day - in a field full of WRX's. I'm looking forward to going back to that venue for another crack at it.

Found them on Youtube, but direct link from your post not working for me.

That is if it is at the Beverley WA location.

Looked to be good fun, you wouldn't want to hit one of those earthmover tyres lining the track, they look a bit solid.

    Cheers.

    Try this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bmu5ALbonfk

And I'd agree with Fordman - those big tyres looked awful solid!

It gets going on the straighter bits. 16 valve N5?

Not sure why the links don't work, they are when I look.

Yes the tyres are solid and don't move. Certainly feels tight. But it makes the track limits the same for everyone.

16v XU10J4R, standard. It would be quicker with a shorter final drive, but got to resist spending money. As it's fun as it is.
