    Default Bathurst 12 Hour Race

Race starts tomorrow at 05:45 tomorrow morning, telecast of the whole event on 7 Mate starts at 05:30. The Aston Martin Vantage that got pole in the Top 10 Shootout has been pinged for a rev limit overshoot and is now 12th on the grid, with one of those godawful ugly Mercedes AMG GT3 monsters now on pole. It will be a long day but I have plenty of beer!

It's refreshing to see the hills around Mt Panorama are much greener than one would have expected given the drought conditions in western NSW. Looks like there has been recent rain at least, North Queensland of course is in flood too. I have been befriended by an old Frenchman who sends me emails in broken English, the contents of which are heavily pointed to the effects that climate change is having on our continent, we are in the news apparently.

    Back to the racing..

I suppose the GTR Nismo is based on a Euro or US version? They sell them all over...note the Bentleys are RHD.......

If you mean Godzilla, the Bathurst winning car of skaiffe and Richards, I believe it was RHD.

Best race I've ever seen at Bathurst. Very close finish after full on racing for a whole 12 Hours!

    Japanese cars are all RHD

They even drive on the correct side of the road in Japan
