There have been rumours that Kubica would replace Palmer as early as Hungary, but this has been denied by Renault camp, but it appears he will be testing the current Renault day after Hungary F1 race. Apparently the biggest hurdle to get his Superlicence he needs to demonstrate that he can exit the car in 5 seconds.

    Hi,
There is an aussie bloke on YouTube putting out short F1 news videos, using the Channel name of Formula World.
First reaction was that they are a bit naff, but having watched a few, they are good summaries of what is going on.

Just like to suggest anyone interested in F1 checks it out. You just have to search for that name and it pops up at the top as a Channel.

    Regards,
    John

After ordinary start (see above video), Kubica completed 142 laps on Wednesday in a current Renault, which is equal to two race distances and was fourth fastest for the day. I'd say he's got to be a good chance to make a comeback even at 32. I'd put my best foot forward if my name was Palmer.
