Good to see a bit more of a mix at the top end. Well it's the same mob, just in a different order. Not great for Renault but eighth is ok I guess. Let's see if it progresses or falls back into the pack. Massa as best of the rest - a good result for Williams.

I won't make an effort to watch this one. I really do not like the stop, start, artificially contrived nature of the Sochi circuit.

Good to see Bottas taking it to Lewis. Im enjoying that battle.

Kimi seems to have found a good setup and is right on Sebs heels. Dani Ric did well to secure 5th and yes, great to see Massa right in the Mix.

Palmer binned the Renault and Hulk did well also. I dont think Palmer is going to last. The Renault looks good, give them another year or so and they will be up there!

Well I've just discovered that the GP that I least like is on free to air channel 10.
Seeing that I just have to push a button on the remote rather than search the inter web I'll watch.

Not only that, but full two hours or so rather than the one hour highlight version

Lets see if Merc let them race or will they make Bottas let Lewis past like in the last round, twice.

I thought it was a great result, particularly compared with last years result when they qualified 17 and 18 for the same race. Very strong march towards the front of the grid

Ferrari engineers spent Friday night looking for a problems in Raikkonen's car, they eventually found a faulty sensor. Result, Raikkonen was .059 seconds behind Vettel in qualifying.

The rules prevent engineers from working on the cars for an 8 hour period on Friday night. The rules provide that each team have two exemptions from this rule. Ferrari used one up on Kimi's car. Renault were the other team to work the night on Jolyon Palmer's car.

It looks like when they are on Channel One, they are on Monday nite and only one hour highlights, instead of the full race. Mexico being the exception.
