Makinen and Toyota are happy with the positive start.

Toyota has committed to the WRC program, for 5 years.

Latvala believes that the Toyota strength at the moment are the engine and brake systems.

Makinen believe Toyota should also be very competitive in Sweden.

Tanak had engine problems with his Ford on Sunday, which helped Latvala jump from 3rd to 2 nd.

LOL, but it's not a Yaris like you and I know, I'd have one of the rally ones is a snap if offered.

Of course it's only a Yaris by name but couldn't they come up with a better name. Quattro, Delta Intergrale, Stratos, Arbath, Alpine, T16.......Yaris...... Which name does NOT get your blood pumping.

Mate's Dad had one of those and he was a sedate driver. When the son got his licence, he broke six piston rings, just by reving it to the redline, maybe his old man never saw over 3,000 rpm. I was fortunate to learn that lesson at someone else's expense.
