    Nickle plating.

Hello Peter and happy New Year.

I have some information on where and how to get supplies for nickle plating and all the info you will need to do it from home.

Once you get the hang of it it's really quite quick and easy.

I will find it today and post it somewhere on AF.

    Cheers Graham

    Hi Peter,

It just occured to me that you might not have seen the message I left you on line regarding the R10 trumpet you gifted me, I left it on the same thread as the one you initially commented on.

In short, thankyou very much for your help and generosity and I am glad you like seeing old renaults live on as well.

    Happy motoring.

    Hi Peter,
Since we spoke I have had a body repairer look at the roll over car and he says there is major structural damage and may not be as easy as cutting and welding on a new roof as the damage extends down to the body structure.
I am looking at an R8 next week, which fingers crossed will be OK as it is complete.
But if it does not work out, and I need the roof, I will PM you.
    Thanks again.
