My Trafic has started doing some unusual things with the start/stop system.
The system is acting sporadically. Sometimes it does nothing, sometimes it works fine, and sometimes the engine turns off after I have walked away from my van! ( I am a delivery driver)
And when I start the van, sometimes it starts fine, and sometimes it won't start unless I depress the clutch pedal.
I'm suspecting that there is an issue with the system that senses the position of the gear lever.
I haven't been able to find any info online as yet.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to how I could remedy this issue? Thanks!
