Thanks for checking in @Bowen . No progress yet. I am more inclined to get it fixed and the mechanic is still trying to find a good engine. I've reached out to few other mechanics including the ones specialized in French cars (Colier) and they all quoted similar figures. At this stage, I am waiting and update from the mechanic and it works for me as it buys me time to do more research.
