i'd have to agree with you there. i've tried to keep up with some of those type R integras around sandown. they're pretty awesome track machines (i wouldn't rice it though - they look mean they way they are).

hmmm, if i couldn't afford that probably a late 80's toyota sprinter ... heaps of modding and drifting potential there ...

    I'd love a Skyline,

things I would do it it are, find a biggish revine or cliff, then drive it into it.

I'd love to do it to all early model Commodores aswell.

I'd import a Subaru Forester STi M Type II, And get a dope kit....
I was actually looking into it, then i snapped myself back to reality, when i thought of the good and bad things about it...

Insurance pricing, attention.. etc etc.. the fact it would be the only one out here, as they were only released in japan, and there was only 800 made...

As you can see below, it would have been fully riced bro...

How mad is that, even little previews now!!!! VERY COOL

Type R (the old one) is one of the best cars I have ever driven. Followed by Nissan Figaro (look it up, it's gorgeous) Followed by the very peculiar ViewT(just bizarre: Micra mechanicals with Jag Mk.2 style of body. You've got to see this car).
AFter that I would like a GTiR (the 4WD turbo Pulsar). Skylines are unreal, and the short wheel base 300 ZX twin turbo I drove was a very good car.

old shape Integra Type R ... because good handling is more enjoyable than HKS-Blitz-GReddy Stage 3 Super Fun Veilside Turbo II+ RSR 5000 whatever, with more flourescent blue displays than NASA Mission Control

I'm sure I'd miss the drivability and (relative) comfort of the GTi6 though. Oh, and the anonymity

Couldn't agree with you more there! Those Figaros and ViewTs are amazing little cars. Personally, I'd go a GTiR if I was to buy a ricecooker. Amazing potential, 4WD, bulletproof mechanicals.

I do have a softspot for supras as well!

another vote for an RX7 SP, thanks Looking at buying one when I move to the US.

350Z is nice, nothing to rice up on it though.
I have a Micra Super S that won't get riced up, but I was going to turn it into a track weapon
Civic Type R, again nothing to rice up on it though.

The RX7 SP was designed and built in Australia. Did the US do their own?

Yeah, sorry, I wasn't clear in my statement. I like the RX7 SP, I would have to get a normal RX7 in the US though. I thought I would be able to find some unmodified ones over there, but looking at the RX7 form site, it looks like it'd be just as hard as it is here to find an unmodified one.

Asanka, nice pic of the 350Z. That's not toooo overtly rice though. I think it'd take quite a lot of talent to make the 350Z ugly.

Now my friend that isnt nice, honda do make some decent cars, take a ride in one of those Accord Euro's or even a Civic vti-r or type-r. I gaurantee even the most fussy french car owner would appreciate it.

To put all jap manufacturers in the category of "rice" just isn't right.

A quick lesson in rice (from a rize burnah)
    -Neon lights
-Bling bling rims aka Dubs (20inch bigger the better)
    -shopping list stickers (apexi,greedy,veilside,nismo,mugen)
    -shiny engine bits
    -big wing's
-huge engine mods (therefore only a K&N pod filter)
-Mitsubishi lancer gli-Tommi Makkinen rally edition evo except without turbo & 4wd, comes standard with 1.5 litre engine & big evo bodykit but still goes like a rally car..bro.
-"powerchip gives me an extra 25kw..i swear bro"
That sort of thing is rice. looking at that list, im guilty!
