    Default New format

I've been a bit busy the past few weeks and have hardly had chance to look at this forum and having a few problems with the new format. What happened to the old Avatars? I liked my old one: yellow R12 1.4 as it matched my own car. Any chance I can get it again? Also it tells me that I last visited this site on 1st January 1970!! While I was alive then, I certainly wasn't sitting at a PC and the interenet didn't exist?!?!

Just try reloading your avatar again. Overall I reckon that the transition seems to have worked well. There seems to be fewer problems launching a new model of this board than some manufacturers have with cars!

Just one thing I noted, the clock seems to be out by 12 hours, quoting PM on the replies instead of AM and vice versa.

The clock is changeable. Go into the User CP (User Control Panel) and then your profile. At the bottom, you can set the deviation from GMT.

    Was this it ?

Save attachment on your HDD, go to user prefs and reload the avatar (browsing to where you saved it) let it load and presto.

Avatar was 110 pixels wide - standard is set to 100 so I've resized it for you.

renweave's right! I just tried to change my avatar, and the field to select the file you want to upload (at the bottom of the Avatars page) is gone. I'm giving you all the finger for now

    How bizzare.

I can edit avatars when logged in as a moderator (you have to enter username and password a second time to log in as a moderator) but not when just "normally" logged in.

renweave I just put your avatar up for you too.
    I've PM'd gibgib about it...

I used to have that one, but would prefer the other R12 avatar, known as renault 12 2, if someone can fix that for me.
