    Default Most users ever online??????

I've been looking at this feature everytime i've logged on, obviously it just gets higher.

Are these the most users EVER, as in the previous forum included?

If so looks like AF is getting Very very popular.

Maybe something to be considering long term is issues in relation to bandwith ect.

    Cheers

Icon6 Aussiefrog cruise on Aussiefrogs ?

How about an Aussiefrogs get-together on Aussiefrogs ... 1 thread ... Hello and your .sig (no message, no multiple posts) ... 15 minute time frame (time friendly to those accross the continent and maybe those in the land of the long white cloud).

I was about to say that
    You show your age!

Highest ever on old board, 10 minute updating was 73 fairly recently.
This board updates every 900 seconds (15 minutes) via your cookie (very acurate). Some traffic could be spiders from search engines with vBulletin however. Apparently it tells you a search engine is here

Quick calc means we need to beat 109.5 users online at once for the equivalent previous record.

Boy oh boy do I have a photo I need to show for that comment

I look like I'm about to try and end my life due to feelings of entrapment, and airline food.... PUG307 (on right in second photo) has similar feelings perhaps?

    Home cooked airline meal.

    Don't ask me, ask PUG307.
All I know is we went to his friend's place for dinner. I had to hold in the laughter as the front door opened

Dinner was served from proper galley trolleys (tall skinny ones) as were the drinks.

    My oh my.

Yes, as I said before, some people really need a life. Don't they know that late DS front seats are the best to convert to lounge chairs? One day I will have a room and at least a pair of seats for it

Ah well, if ya gunna stick to a theme at least they went to the effort of the trolley and the whole shebang.

We went to my mate Luke's place after the inaugural WA Aussiefrogs drive, it was a long day and we had been thoroughly roasted by the wonderful WA sun. As tired and roasted as I looked, I was still having fun! A great way to end what was a fun day and a fun weekend. WA hospitality is great.

Actually, they're not mine. Luke's seats are actually First Class seats from an Australian Airlines 727-200. The seats recline, tray tables work, life jackets beneath, etc. Seats aren't cheap, at the Ansett auctions ex A320 Business Class seats were going for at least $700 for a pair. Economy Class seats (banks of three) were going for $400. These were quite old ones though, there's apparently a warehouse somewhere in Melbourne with lots of the modern patterned ergonomic seats. Hope they don't end up like this 767, VH-RME - I was 30 seconds out of Sydney onboard when Cathy Freeman won the 400m back in 2000. The week before I was at Ansett and things were going so well...

Just to give you an idea about what airline seats cost. The First Class suites you find onboard Singapore Airlines are $80k a piece new.

$4,200 - excluding postage and handling from Germany

    http://cms.lufthansa.com/fly/de/en/s...769927,00.html

But the seats are only part of the equation. Luke practically has an airline startup kit, little wonder he's starred in the media before.

Plane crazy would be an apt term. Visit http://www.airchittock.com/ to get an idea. I don't know too many people who have flown over 1.9M kilometres. Actually to be honest, I don't think there's anyone else in this country like Luke

Well, I didn't lie when I said we were going for dinner I still remember your reaction when it actually came out from the kitchen. Or should that be galley

I still have that night's menu, printed on old Ansett domestic BusinessFirst stationary. We had the towels after dinner, Airbus A320 safety video, scenic relaxation boarding videos, full drinks service, airline dental floss toothpicks. Even saw all of Channel 7's file footage of Ansett's final flights

Air Chittock is certainly an experience and I doubt Derek will disagree!
