If you have photoshop, you can reduce the size in that... if not.. pass it off to someone who has.. i'll be willing to help you out.

email me the pic if you like and i'll try and get it small enough... i had to make a few of mine small as to get them to fit..

If you'd like me to do it, my email is

    [email protected]

Otherwise, you could just d/l and use the little program Greenblood mentioned.. then you'll be able to do it all yourself..

But the offer is still there..

I scanned mine from a photo, using VistaScan software. It allows choosing pixel or percentage sizeing.

In the interests of simplicity, aesthetics, and download speed......it would be best if you took it off.

I know you have a 206, I know this is Aussiefrogs, I just don't need a pictorial representation of those everytime you post.

    that looks a lot better
even looks clearer as well now

like i said it looked ok but it was just huge and i think there are still a few A/F members still on 15" monitors so it would have really been taking up some room on those screens

but it does look a lot better now

I'm going to have a whinge... Why have some people been able to have 150 pixel wide avatar, while it is now limited to 100 x 100 for everyone else?

The 150 wide avatars don't seem to create much of a problem with viewing space, not that I've noticed anyway.

    Whinge, whinge, whinge...

I have my 403 on it now. How do you do animated GIFs? And teh peeling images like the Citroen badges? I would like maybe to do a peel off avatar of my Pugs. Is it hard?
Oh, and my avatar is 125 wide. It looks about right to me. 100 can be too small.

I use Jasc Animation Shop™ 3.01 comes with Paint Shop Pro V7. The peeling is easy to to with this .. but remember you only have 10K* to play with so a single colour *might* be possible (* may have been reset back to 15K).
